Honesty is Always the Best Policy!

I have noticed that the title of this article is rather vague and debatable. However, I come from a family with very strong moral values and a sense of self respect. I was always told that your word means everything. Honesty is a word that I believe is severely taken for granted!

If the contractors, subcontractors and sponsors out there that are reading these blog posts listen to one thing only it is this… A customer will tell you that they want a quality job but they really want is to believe in you and the work that you do. Don’t take away the quality. That is your works reputation. But, think about it. If I told you I was going to remodel your living room with all new flooring, a fireplace and a brand new custom built entertainment center in simply one week. Then DO IT! Don’t take a large down payment from someone who works hard for their money, beat around the bush and milk the clock and keep telling them that they are being delayed by bogus excuses! Be Honest with them! Tell them, “Hey, I got caught up in something else, I’m having problems finding a particular type of material, I’m having trouble with help, etc.” Be HONEST! Let’s face it, they would rather you tell them up front that the job will take 2 weeks and it actually take that long verses one week, have them plan for a big show party for it and it not get done by then.

For crying out loud people, what happened to our society and more important our trade? I think that we need to get back to the values and integrity that our country was built on and it starts with your Honest word. For a while now, since the housing market was booming, contractors, subcontractors and even the suppliers have begun developing a reputation for being more of a salesman with drunken or drugged up workers than someone you can count on.

If you want a job in this collapsed construction market today, get your integrity back, be honest and reclaim the name that made your business what it once was…. A good one.

Want a job that pays very well?

We are hiring salespeople for selling advertising listing for contractors, subcontractors and sponsors to our website. What we offer to our salespeople is…

  1. A free company email address so you don’t have to market from your personnal email address.
  2. We put your name on our website in the salesperson’s name field of form (So that way the people you sell to can see your name and state that you represent). This also allows us to track which salesperson sells to which contractor, subcontractor or sponsor.
  3. We pay you $50 for everyone you sign up. Paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. All salespeople will receive a 1099 from us and pay will be reported to the government. So you take care of your own taxes.
  4. We also offer a residual payment to you for everyone you sign up that renews there online membership with us the following year, we will pay you $25.

So basically, if you sign up 10 contractors, subcontractors or sponsors in a week, every week of the year, at the end of the year, you will have signed up 520 contractors, subcontractors or sponsors total. That means we will have paid you: $26,000 for only 10 per week. Also, if all of them sign up again the following year, you will receive a check from us for $13,000 as a residual payment and you won’t even have to call any of them again.

Please let us know if you are interested. We have sales agreement forms for you to fill out as well. We aren’t asking anyone to quit their paying steady jobs. Trust me, I want you to take care of yourself and your families first, but if you’d like to make some extra money or are looking for a change of pace or career change, email us at sales@uscontractorssearch.com. I will set up a time to call for a phone interview. it sounds rough but the interview is to walk you through how the site and program works.thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We currently have only salespeople in Florida and 1 in Minnesota. So everything is still very much open and up for grabs.

If you don’t have a website for your construction business, we will build you a single page web ad for FREE. The web ad includes your contact information and a summary of your business as well as up to 4 photos that you can provide us.

We at USCS LLC receive weekly web reports that show us how our website is doing and how much traffic we are generating (people visiting the website), regions of the US where people are searching and what people are looking for (contractors, subcontractors or sponsors). Our ebsite has generated between 70-100 hits per day for the last year. Our job now is to sign up Contractors, Subcontractors and Sponsors to this website so the people searching our website will have someone to choose from for their next construction project.
